We are not responsible for any damage caused by the transport during the pickup/shipping but we make sure to make the delivery in opportune temperatures and to pack your plants well to avoid any possible damage, however we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If this is the case, please write to [email protected] within 24 hours of receiving your purchases.
You have 24 hours to make a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase. The plant must be in the same condition as when you purchased it.
